Como todos los años, el Mobile World Congress presenta sus premios, ganando Samsung y Google en las categorías más importantes, es decir, la de los equipos. Resultando ganadores el Galaxy SIII como el mejor smartphone de 2003; en tanto que la Nexus 7, fabricada en asociación entre Asus y Google, quedó como la mejor tablet.
